Uttara Joshi
Uttara left an exciting corporate career to pursue her love for art. She has, in the past, exhibited through a number of shows, and showcased her work through various galleries based out of Mumbai, Kolkata and Pune. She participated in the India Art Festival and the Wassup Andheri festival, where her work was received very well, as well as in a couple of fundraisers in aid of pediatric cancer and women. A charcoal artist at heart, Uttara finds the challenge posed by black & white in a world full of colours, too exciting too ignore. A relentless experimenter, she has, of late,been playing around with colours and combining various media and techniques. Uttara's collectors span over India, U.K, U.S, Singapore and Dubai.
